The Dashboard gives you a quick overview of your business performance. Here’s what you can see:

• Total Sales: Track your total sales revenue.
• Total Orders: Monitor the number of orders received.
• Total Customers: Keep track of your customer base.
• Recent Orders: View your latest orders and their status.
• Sales Chart: Visualize your sales trends over time.

Create Categories

Categories help you organize your products. To create a category:

• Add Category Name: Enter the name of your new category.
• Save Category: Click "Save" to create the category.
• Once saved, you can proceed to create products under this category.

Create Products

Products represent the items you sell. Beyond basic pricing, visibility controls are key to efficient field operations:

• Select Category: Choose the category the product belongs to.
• Enter Product Name: Provide a clear name for your product.
• Set Pricing: Add the product price and selling price. Optionally, add benefits like OT or customer benefit.
• Stock: Add initial stock quantity if available.
• Save Product: Click "Save" to create the product and assign it to the chosen category.
• Allow (Automatic Mapping): If set to "Yes", this product will be automatically assigned to new customers when they are created.
  This is a default setting. You can still change the product mapping while creating or editing a customer. The checkbox simply controls what is pre-selected during customer creation.
• Short List (Default View): If set to "Yes", this product will be visible by default on the Create Order screen. Non-shortlisted items are hidden to keep the interface clean but can be viewed by clicking "Show All".
  This works as a default visibility option during customer creation. You can still modify which products are shortlisted for each customer when assigning products.
• Allow to All Customers: If "Yes", the product skips individual customer mapping and is available to every single customer in your system.

Interactive Pricing

• Interactive Calculator: When you enter pricing, the system automatically calculates Admin and Customer benefits in real-time.
• Dynamic Discounts: Enable the discount toggle to set a specific percentage for promotional items.
