Welcome to DistributorFlow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of our software, services, and website (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Use of the Services
DistributorFlow provides software for product distribution, inventory, orders, deliveries, and customer management. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for activities carried out through your account.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate and complete account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity of users you authorize to access your distribution.
4. User conduct
You must not use the Services to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
- Transmit harmful code or disrupt the Services.
- Carry out fraudulent or misleading activities.
5. Outstanding balances and free welcome orders
Lawful use: You must use DistributorFlow only for lawful business activities. Accounts found to be used for illegal activity will be suspended or blocked.
Outstanding balances: Any unpaid balance on an existing or previous account remains due. You must not create a new account to avoid paying that balance.
Welcome rewards: One-time signup rewards and free welcome orders are available once per distribution. You must not create duplicate, replacement, or related accounts to claim these rewards again, including when your previous account has a remaining balance. Accounts found to evade payment or abuse signup rewards will be blocked. Related accounts and promotional allowances may also be restricted.
6. Intellectual property
The software, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials provided through the Services belong to DistributorFlow or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
7. Privacy

8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DistributorFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, with or without notice, where permitted by law. Accounts found to be used for illegal activity, payment evasion, or abuse of welcome rewards will be suspended or blocked.
When access is terminated, you must stop using the Services. Suspending, closing, or replacing an account does not cancel any outstanding balance.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Services or by other means. Continuing to use the Services after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
