Monthly free orders

+ 100 free orders / month

One monthly allowance is shared by your whole distribution and its users. It is not multiplied by the number of packages you buy.

  • Your distribution receives 1,000 one-time welcome orders. These are valid for 6 calendar months.
  • Monthly free orders start on the next 1st after your welcome orders are used up or expire.
  • The allowance resets each calendar month using Asia/Karachi. Unused monthly free orders do not carry over.
  • Purchased order credits remain separate from the monthly free allowance.
  • Eligible welcome and monthly free orders are used first, followed by purchased orders by expiry. Your account's rule appears before payment.
How orders and image space work

The free package grants 1,000 welcome orders once to your distribution, with 200 total image spaces. Welcome orders are valid for 6 calendar months.

A saved distribution order uses one credit. Editing, printing, delivery and collecting payment do not use another.

Image spaces are reusable. Safe replacement reuses a space; removing the last reference frees it after file cleanup. Buying again adds orders. Image capacity uses the highest active total, so repeated purchases do not add image limits together.

Products, customer photos, visit and delivery photos, attendance and receipt images share your image space. Profile and payment-proof images are free.

Existing images stay visible after expiry. If you are above the remaining capacity, remove images or increase your limit before adding more.

Paid packages are a one-time purchase, with no automatic renewal. Finite benefits start after payment approval; an unlimited renewal starts after any existing unlimited period.

After the welcome allowance ends, 100 free orders start on the qualifying 1st of each month and unused monthly orders do not roll over. Order priority: welcome/monthly free first, then purchased orders by expiry. Your account's rule appears before payment.

An order taker follows a zigzag route from distribution to three shop markers and books their orders. A salesman follows the same track, delivers the orders, clears each marker and returns along the track to distribution. Both vehicles carry a waving DistributorFlow D flag. The active shop marker counts up the distance driven and estimated fuel used, then keeps those readings on arrival. The totals below also include the return trip. Estimates use a 3 kilometre one-way route, 35 kilometres per litre for the bike and 8 kilometres per litre for the truck.
