How orders and image space work

A saved distribution order uses one credit. Editing, printing, delivery and collecting payment do not use another.

Image spaces are reusable. Safe replacement reuses a space; removing the last reference frees it after file cleanup. Buying again adds orders. Image capacity uses the highest active total, so repeated purchases do not add image limits together.

Products, customer photos, visit and delivery photos, attendance and receipt images share your image space. Profile and payment-proof images are free.

Existing images stay visible after expiry. If you are above the remaining capacity, remove images or increase your limit before adding more.

Paid packages are a one-time purchase, with no automatic renewal. Finite benefits start after payment approval; an unlimited renewal starts after any existing unlimited period.

After the welcome allowance ends, 100 free orders start on the qualifying 1st of each month and unused monthly orders do not roll over. Order priority: welcome/monthly free first, then purchased orders by expiry. Your account's rule appears before payment.

How prices and allowances work

One order, one credit. Saving a new distribution order uses one credit. Editing, printing, delivery and collecting payment do not use another credit.
Welcome allowance. A new eligible distribution receives 1,000 one-time free orders and 200 total image spaces. Welcome orders are valid for 6 calendar months.
Monthly free orders. 100 free orders start on the next 1st after welcome orders are used up or expire. Unused monthly free orders do not carry over.
Order of use. Eligible welcome and monthly free orders are used first, followed by purchased orders by expiry.
Payment and validity. Paid packages are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Finite benefits start after payment approval and last for the displayed validity. An unlimited renewal starts after an existing unlimited period.
Total photo capacity. Image spaces are reusable stored capacity. Repeated purchases add order credits; photo limits use the highest active total rather than adding capacities together. Deleting an image's last reference frees its space after cleanup.
Currency and checkout. Use the currency code beside each price. Review the final amount, selected quantity, validity and payment instructions at checkout before paying.
