Product answers

What is DistributorFlow?

DistributorFlow is web-based distribution and point-of-sale software. It connects products, stock invoices, customer orders, order takers, sellers, delivery visits and customer receiving in a business account. It is a project by QureshiSoft.

Can teams in different countries use DistributorFlow?

DistributorFlow is intended for distributors, wholesalers and shops worldwide. Configure the business country, phone details and currency for your account. Confirm local tax documents, payment integrations and any country-specific requirements with the team before relying on a particular workflow.

Which currency will my sellers and order takers see?

Business records use their distribution administrator's currency context. Choose the business currency during setup and check the displayed amounts before entering transactions. A currency setting does not by itself provide foreign-exchange conversion or confirm local accounting compliance.

Can I use the POS on a mobile phone?

Yes. The POS has a responsive product search and cart. On a supported phone browser, the scan button can request camera access and read a product barcode. Camera access requires HTTPS or localhost and permission from the user.

Does scanning a product barcode add it to the cart?

An exact, unique product barcode adds one unit to the POS cart, and a repeat scan increases the existing quantity. Scanners that send Enter also work. Distribution POS requires a selected customer, and that customer must have access to the product.

Can I save POS sales while offline?

The POS can save sales on a device after the account, catalogue and offline screen have been prepared online and offline support is available. Keep the saved device data until queued sales upload under the same account. Offline POS does not mean every part of the application works without a connection.

Why are there two available-stock reports?

They answer different workflow questions. Operational stock follows the existing account and processing workflow. Approval-based stock compares approved stock invoices with approved orders that use stock. An order awaiting seller processing can therefore affect the reports at different stages.

Do failed or cancelled customer visits appear in delivery tracking?

Recorded failed or cancelled visits can belong on the seller route because travel still took place. Pending orders without a recorded clear visit are different. The selected seller and date determine the work being reviewed.

Must every customer use custom prices?

No. Product access, a short list and custom prices are separate choices. Use normal product prices where appropriate and enable customer-specific prices only when your business needs an agreed different rate.

How do I check prices and usage allowances?

The homepage pricing section shows current packages and allowances. The distribution and its users share the account allowance. Review the current offer and payment terms there rather than relying on an old quoted package amount.

Is DistributorFlow a replacement for every accounting or tax system?

The product manages distribution, POS, stock and customer collection workflows. Check your required accounting reports, statutory invoices, payment providers, data processes and integrations before choosing it. Support can help confirm whether the available workflow fits those requirements.
