Book, approve and deliver orders

How to create a distribution order

Select a customer, add products and quantities, check discounts and receiving, then save and find the order in DistributorFlow.

Book products for an existing customer.

Where to start

Orders > New Order

Steps

  1. Open Orders > New Order with an account permitted to book an order.
  2. Select the customer at the top and confirm that it is the correct shop.
  3. Add products, quantities and the applicable prices. Check units and product access when an item is missing.
  4. Review discounts, receiving, delivery details and order options. Receiving means money actually collected.
  5. Save the order and wait while location is fetched when the workflow requests it. Allow location access and resolve a failed fetch before retrying.
  6. After success, use See this order to check where it was saved. Administrator and order-taker orders follow the owner's auto-approval setting; customer-created distribution orders require review.

Example

Order 2 Great Super 1L (Pista) units for a shop.

Before you finish

Receiving defaults to 0 when left empty. The location step may request browser GPS access.
