How to assign customer products and prices
Check which products a customer can order, choose a useful short list and set customer-specific prices only where they are agreed.
Control the products and special prices available to one shop.
Where to start
Customers > My Customers > Edit > Product settings
Steps
- Open the intended customer from My Customers and review the product settings.
- Select the products the shop may order. Do not assume that setting a special price grants product access.
- Keep commonly ordered items on the short list so the team can find them quickly.
- Use normal catalogue prices when appropriate. Enter a customer-specific rate only when your business has agreed one.
- Save, then check an order for this customer to confirm product access, units and prices.
