How to use POS in your customer shop account

Record a retail sale in the customer shop POS, review its products and payment, and distinguish it from ordering distribution stock.

Record products sold from your shop.

Where to start

Pos > Create Sale

Steps

  1. Sign in to the permitted customer or shop account and open the shop POS.
  2. Check the shop product catalogue and add the products being sold, using search or a supported barcode.
  3. Review quantities, prices, discounts and the amount received.
  4. Save and inspect the sale result or receipt. Check the applicable shop approval workflow rather than assuming every account finalises sales identically.
  5. Prepare and test the supported POS online before relying on offline sales, and check queued sales after reconnecting. A shop retail sale is separate from an order sent to the distribution.

Example

Record one retail Pista sale from your shop stock.

Before you finish

This shop POS follows its own seller/manager/owner confirmation flow, not distribution POS auto-print settings.
