Distribution and POS software for shop visits and AFN records in Afghanistan
Prepare customer areas and products in the office, let the order booker record shop requests, then assign the delivery and review collections. This Afghanistan guide explains an AFN trial, recorded field visits and the online preparation required for supported offline POS.
See the current packages and allowances before you choose.
How does the office follow a shop request through delivery?
Create the customer area and shop record, check its saved location and prepare permitted products. Give the booker their own account to record the request. The distribution reviews approval, assigns the salesman and follows the actual delivery outcome and amount received.
A recorded customer stop is evidence of a visit, not proof of a successful delivery or full payment. Review the intended person and date. Route estimates depend on coordinates and routing availability; they are not a continuous background GPS trace.
What should an AFN account trial include?
Select Afghanistan and AFN during account setup and check the currency on saved records. For six units at an illustrative AFN 250 each, the goods amount is AFN 1,500. If AFN 1,000 is collected with no previous balance, discount or other adjustment, AFN 500 remains.
Keep the unit used for product quantities and the unit used for money clear. Do not enter an amount quoted in another currency as though it were AFN. The selected business currency is not a promise of a multi-currency ledger or automatic foreign-exchange settlement for each sale.
What can you prepare for a counter with intermittent internet?
Prepare the supported POS online on the intended device and account, wait for its ready state and test a queued sale. Keep the device data until the sale is acknowledged by the server after reconnecting. Ordinary distribution order booking and visit updates should be used online.
Open the intended POS online
Use the same account and device that will record counter sales.
Check the prepared catalogue
Confirm that the required products and account context are ready.
Try one sale
Review quantities and receiving, save once and inspect its queue state.
Reconnect and reconcile
Wait for upload acknowledgement and compare the saved result before moving on.
What language and printer checks should the team make?
These country and setup guides are in English. A Dari or Pashto application interface, right-to-left layout and local-language receipt template are not advertised by this page. Test the names, labels and printed document your team needs before moving working records.
Use one small product list, one shop and one staff account to check booking, approval, delivery and receiving. Review current package pricing and payment instructions separately from the AFN business-record setting.
Product answers
Does offline POS mean the whole distribution app is offline?
No. Offline sale queuing applies to supported POS after online preparation. Booking, visit and administration workflows should not be assumed to work without connectivity.
Can a customer send their own shop order?
A connected customer account can submit its permitted products and quantities. Customer-created distribution orders require review before delivery processing.
