Distribution software for stock, shop orders and customer dues in Bangladesh
Follow what your business bought, what each customer shop ordered and how much money is still due. DistributorFlow connects product and stock records with deliveries, customer receiving and POS. This Bangladesh guide focuses on a BDT trial and the distinction between sales, collections and purchaser payments.
See the current packages and allowances before you choose.
How do purchases and customer orders stay separate?
Prepare products, record stock quantities and the applicable purchase rate, then review stock-invoice approval. Purchaser contacts and payments explain purchases from the supply side. Customer invoices, orders and receiving explain sales to shops. Paying a purchaser does not add the same goods to stock again.
Prepare the goods
Check the category, distinct product name, sales unit and units per box.
Record the purchase
Choose the stock account and optional purchaser, review the rate and quantities, and check approval.
Book the shop request
Select the customer and permitted products, then check the saved order status.
Review the money separately
Keep purchaser payments and customer collections in their respective workflows.
How can you test a customer due balance in BDT?
Choose Bangladesh and BDT during setup, then create a small sale for the intended customer. For illustrative goods of BDT 5,000, a BDT 200 discount and BDT 3,200 received, BDT 1,600 remains before other adjustments. A later BDT 600 collection leaves BDT 1,000 without recording another sale.
Review a previous running balance when creating the next customer invoice. Do not add every historical amount-left figure together or treat a discount as money collected.
| Event | Remaining amount |
|---|---|
| Goods 5,000 - discount 200 - receiving 3,200 | BDT 1,600 |
| Later collection of 600 | BDT 1,000 |
Can the customer shop also use POS?
A connected customer shop can use its permitted retail POS workflow as well as sending an order to the distribution. The shop sale and the stock order serve different purposes and have their own confirmation context. Test the account and catalogue the shop will actually use.
Supported POS can queue sales after online preparation on the same account and device. Review the ready state, save a trial sale and check its acknowledged upload after reconnecting. This does not make every stock, booking or administration screen available offline.
What should you check about receipts and mobile payments?
Check the selected customer, BDT display, receiving and remaining balance on a saved receipt. Test the intended phone, browser and printer. Recording money collected is separate from a bKash, Nagad or other wallet integration; those payment-processing connections are not advertised as included here.
This is an English guide and does not advertise a Bangla application interface. If local-language labels, a particular receipt or a local tax workflow are essential, confirm and test them before adopting the system. Package purchasing uses the payment instructions currently available for your account.
Product answers
Is a due amount the same as a purchaser payment?
No. A customer due is money still to collect on sales. A purchaser payment belongs to the supply-side purchase workflow. Review the correct party and record before entering either amount.
Does the customer have to share the distribution administrator login?
No. Use the connected customer account and its permitted products. Staff should also have their own accounts and the access needed for their roles.
