How do you keep wholesale prices and shop orders connected?
Prepare categories and products, confirm the sales unit and record the stock you receive. Assign permitted products to each shop and use a customer-specific rate where your business has agreed one. The booker can then check the intended customer and quantities before submitting the order.
- Name different sizes and variants clearly.
- Check units per box before entering carton quantities.
- Keep product access separate from an agreed customer price.
- Review stock-invoice approval before relying on available quantities.
What should an INR sales trial show?
Choose India and INR during account setup and check the saved document. For an illustrative sale of three units at INR 700 each, the goods amount is INR 2,100. With an agreed discount of INR 100 and INR 1,200 actually received, INR 800 remains before other adjustments.
A later collection reduces the outstanding amount; it is not another sale of the same goods. Review the relevant customer and saved receiving record once before retrying a submission.
| Entry | Sample amount |
|---|---|
| Goods: 3 × 700 | INR 2,100 |
| Discount | INR 100 |
| Received | INR 1,200 |
| Remaining: 2,100 - 100 - 1,200 | INR 800 |
Can a business use both counter POS and delivery orders?
Use POS for the counter sale and distribution orders for work that needs booking, approval, salesman assignment and a delivery outcome. Give each person their own account. The owner controls automatic approval for administrator and order-taker orders; customer-created distribution orders require review.
For a counter trial, scan a product barcode, check its quantity and receiving, save once and print the receipt. For a shop-delivery trial, follow the order through assignment and record the actual outcome and collected amount.
Does this workflow include GST submission or a UPI gateway?
This guide covers operational product, order, invoice and receiving records. It does not advertise GST filing, IRP e-invoice submission, e-way bills or UPI payment processing as included integrations. Recording an amount received is separate from processing a bank or payment-network transaction.
Check the documents and integrations your business needs alongside the saved bill and your accounting process. These pages and linked guides are in English; a Hindi application interface is not advertised here. Start with a small account and confirm the workflow before moving live records.
Product answers
Can a shop customer place an order directly?
A connected customer account can choose its permitted products and submit a distribution order. The distribution reviews that request before proceeding with delivery.
Does choosing INR change package prices or settle payments automatically?
Account currency provides the context for business records. Review the current package currency and available payment instructions separately; it does not establish a UPI or bank settlement connection.
